Matthew’s recommendation was to visit us twice before the big day to give Luna a chance to get familiar with him and asked us so many detailed questions on her. Matthew & Claudia spent a really good amount of time getting to know her in advance - this worked out so well and meant that we weren’t worrying about our dog on our wedding day because we knew she was in really good hands, particularly as she is a very nervous dog. Luna also needs daily medication and Matthew was very comfortable giving this to her and also familiarised himself with the symptoms our dog experiences without her medication as a precaution. When I had a rare opportunity to check my phone on my wedding day, they had sent me photo updates and it was so lovely to have that unexpected update, particularly on how she had successfully had her medication - it honestly felt like family were looking after her. In addition, my parents were late getting back to the house at an already very late hour and Matthew and Claudia were very kind and understanding.
